Technical and operational responsibility across several event venues and clubs
Fixed technical standards and production schedules for a hospitality group with several venues and clubs, including Club Vaag. Suppliers, freelancers and venue logistics ran across the locations, with changing programmes and audience numbers.
Role
Technical production manager. I translated the requirements of an event into a safe, workable and cost-controlled delivery plan, and was the escalation point during live events.

The venues in operation
The same venues ran club nights, afterworks and concerts, with changing programmes and audience numbers. The technical standard had to stay the same across every format, even when a room changed layout three times in a week.
