The Apple Store Amsterdam, rebuilt at full scale inside an aircraft hangar

For the first Dutch Netflix Original, the store was rebuilt down to the architectural detail, together with a stretch of Leidseplein in front of it. Behind the windows stood a sixty-metre LED wall showing the street in real time.

The finished set

Facade profiles, natural stone, floor finishes, furniture and lighting were rebuilt to camera standard. Outside stood a stretch of Amsterdam street with tram rails, bicycles and rows of facades, so the camera could turn from inside to outside without leaving the set.
