Production designer and site operations coordinator. I designed the zones and delivered them as well, including the coordination of exhibitors and suppliers on site.
The result
The zones
I designed the zones and how they hold together: a distinct material and colour language per zone, with wayfinding and atmosphere carried across the whole site. The exhibitor stands were fitted into that rather than placed beside it.
Responsibility
- Design of the themed zones and how they relate to one another
- Coordination of exhibitors, stand building and suppliers
- Visitor flow, site constraints and planning
- Operational lead during build and live days
