Ninja Warrior and related formats, rebuilt country by country with a local crew.
Ninja Warrior and related formats were rebuilt territory by territory: different crew, different suppliers, different rules, but a course that had to be exactly the same and was repaired and re-rigged to specification between recording blocks.
Role
International production manager, event operations. I built and led the local crews, and wrote the installation guides, crew schedules and timesheets that the company then adopted as its internal standard.
The result
The build
Ninja Warrior in Cannes, the Russian edition in Moscow, and the Gov Games on the beach in Dubai. A different crew, different suppliers and different rules each time, with a course that had to hold to specification. The installation guides, crew schedules and timesheets I wrote for these builds were adopted by Eccholine as the internal standard for their following productions.
Responsibility
- Installation guides, crew schedules and timesheets that became the internal standard
- Building and leading local crews, suppliers and technical departments in each territory
- Production logistics and technical delivery through pre-production, build, rehearsals and recording
- Repair and re-rigging of the course to specification between recording blocks, under strict safety standards
